You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.
It can be said that photography and content creation runs in our families. Most of my youth I only saw one of my mothers eyes, the other was covered by a viewfinder. When she moved from her Brownie to a Rolleiflex twin lens we only saw the top of her head. Linda grew up on a farm near the Canadian border...her mother took family pictures with a Kodak Brownie Flash II, her grandparents always had their Polaroid Automatic Instant Camera handy for photos, and her father painted into his late nineties. Discussions of various artists and art forms were a frequent part of Linda's memories growing up.
In 2007 our careers...Linda a Speech Language Pathologist, and I a technical project manager/business developer...were placed on hold. Our son, a service disabled veteran, had completed his music training at the Guitar Institute in L.A., and was looking for next steps so American Independent Media (AIM) was founded. Over the next eight years, Linda and I became experts in media content creation. We ran multiple national campaigns that included the Post 9/11 GI Bill outreach campaign for the Department of Veterans Affairs, content creation for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and managed, maintained, and engineered the HD upgrade of the HHS television broadcast studio. It was during these years we both were reunited with our passion for photography, art, writing, videography,...all forms of content creation.
Impassioned Images is the outcropping of all the experience we have gained from our humble beginnings to the present. We have truly enjoyed this journey and hope that our photography moves you.
